Reservations
Advance
reservations are highly recommended. Effective January 4,
2010, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required on all
future reservations. If you do not have a major credit card
we accept checks but the reservation will not be complete
until we have received the 50% down payment. We understand
that changes do happen and if you must increase or decrease
your order, we ask that you do so at the earliest possible
time. However, NO refunds will be made for decreases in
your reservation.
Damage Waiver
We offer a loss
or damage waiver on all equipment which we encourage but do
not require as a condition of rental. The cost is
approximately 10% of the total rental price. This does not,
however, cover total negligence. If you choose not to take
advantage of this waiver you are responsible for replacement
cost plus 25% of the loss or damage to any equipment.
Delivery
Charges
Charges are for
deliveries/pickups during normal business hours (M-F 9:00 -
5:30). Please add $150 for deliveries and pickups outside
of normal business hours. Please add $75 for deliveries
involving moving equipment up stairs and $50 for
Elevators. Charges are for delivery and pickup round trip.
